At Cornbread Customs, every sign is handcrafted to order. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • Because each item is handmade, please allow [2-3weeks] for production before shipping.

  • We will provide photo updates of your custom piece before it ships.

  • Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Standard shipping times are typically 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Oversized or heavy signs may require additional shipping fees.

  • Local pickup may be available upon request at no cost.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Cornbread Customs is not responsible for packages lost or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
