Intellectual Property & Artwork Submission Policy

When you submit any logo, image, text, or design to Cornbread Custom Signs, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission from the rights holder to use it for a custom sign.

Cornbread Custom Signs does not check or verify ownership of customer-submitted artwork. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all submitted designs follow copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By submitting artwork, you agree that Cornbread Custom Signs is not responsible for any intellectual property issues related to customer-provided designs. You also agree to cover and protect Cornbread Custom Signs from any claims or disputes that result from the use of artwork you provide.

Cornbread Custom Signs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if the submitted artwork appears to violate intellectual property rights.
