At Cornbread Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, each item is unique. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
